This is the best salon experience ever! A complementary hand and shoulder massage using natural oils and a complimentary facial. My hair was coloured and cut. I received so many compliments in the days following my appointment that I lost track. The salon is beautiful, modern, clean and tidy. It’s a fabulous place and I am looking forward to my next appointment. It’s a hair appointment that feels more like a lovely day at a spa. I will be back.

Fantastic experience at James Dun. You are made to feel so welcome and special. From the complimentary refreshments which kept on coming, to the wonderful staff, the back, neck and shoulder massage then later the hand massage was just amazing. My stylist made me feel right at ease and when I tried to convey what I was looking for, appeared with an iPad full of ideas and images! She was so lovely and kept me informed of all the stages of colouring etc.

I so much enjoyed my morning at James Dun and most importantly how my hair looked, I was just delighted with the results.

Absolutely love my new colour & cut.  Looking around at the other stylists and their clients coming and going while I was undergoing the lengthy highlight process, they all looked fabulous — varied colours, styles, ages, but all of them looked amazing when they walked out the door.

I could not be happier with my colour — it’s perfect, and my cut is as well. I’m so happy, in fact, that I’ve booked my daughter in for highlight, cut & finish as well. I’ve had so many compliments on my hair — it’s been a long time since that has happened!
